The restaurant has a trendy vibe that caters well to young adults, with decent sushi and reasonable prices. However, some diners experienced disappointing service and unimpressive food quality. On the positive side, fresh sushi, affordable prices, and friendly staff were highlighted by many customers. Overall, the restaurant seems to have potential but may struggle with service during busy times. Reservations are recommended, and bringing your own alcohol is a plus.

Was Howard at Sushi X a mag?
This was our first visit, we heard about the restaurant through a promotional offer. Food, service and ambiance were outstanding, and would have been an excellent value even without the promotion. We'll definitely return. View all feedback.
What Otto C dislikes about Sushi X:
I'd say the music and vibes in the restaurant are really catered to young adults which is fantastic. The food I felt was not exactly that great. The chicken katsu for example was way too breaded and could barely taste any of the actual meat. The R.O.K dish was way too salty. The sushi does; however, did taste decent. For the quality of food and the pricing I would say it's pretty reasonable. Reason why I gave this a 3... View all feedback.
Great tempura batter, creative sushi rolls, good experience overall. The ambiance is a bit dark but matches the music and the vibe

We always have a great experience when we eat at sushi x. Great food! You won’t get disappointed :
I came here last week with company, and I always love to come back. Their rolls are decently priced (Mid range $12 18/roll). The staff is attentive to their customers, although I did get a hair on my gyoza. I mentioned this to our server and he just said 'okay '. No follow up or resolution and still charged me for the gyoza. That was off putting. The door was wide open in the front which was making the place very drafty and cold. Eventually it was closed and the lights were dimmed to give a moody effect. This place has cramped seating, and limited table space. There 's a projector running vacation spots on the wall which is nice. The décor gives street art and also traditional. They really try, which makes this spot promising. I had a Pollo Loco roll which was good, and my company had the Megatron roll. 4 out of 5 stars they need to listen to their customers when a problem arises. Hair on the food was a no no. No follow up with that or to see if there was any in my roll after dropping it off at my table. Would I recommend this place? Yeah, good evening late night spot. Would recommend.
