I keep giving this place a chance because it’s close to home, but I’m the idiot. Most of the time I get a stomach ache when I eat from here. Never again! When they warm up the meat, it’s. Still. Cold!!! Gross.

Unfortunately,... read more I visited this Subway for the second time because I was in the area and craving it. I ordered one of their wraps and a sandwich for my daughter. Unfortunately, they didn't have the option for a spinach tortilla, and when I asked to have the wrap toasted, I was told no, as they don’t toast wraps (which I think should be an option). I was in a rush, and there were only a couple of people who walked in after me, so there was no line. Based on both my visits, I definitely won’t be returning to this location. My first experience wasn’t great, and my daughter had a similar issue when she went another day—poor service. Even though it's in the mall, I cannot recommend this place. The food isn’t free, after all!

I accidentally placed an order through the app, and when I tried to request a refund, the staff member refused to offer one because they had already started pre... read more I accidentally placed an order through the app, and when I tried to request a refund, the staff member refused to offer one because they had already started preparing the sandwich. I made six attempts to call them for clarification, but the phone number listed on the app was outdated. When I called, there was no indication that the number was out of service.
