To start, the sandwich came out burnt and hard, even though I had requested it to be warm and not toasted multiple times. When I repeated my order, the sandwich maker acknowledged my request and confirmed that I wanted the number 16 made warm, not toasted, yet they still made it incorrectly. On top of that, there was no cheese on the sandwich, despite the menu clearly listing it as one of the ingredients and specifying the type of cheese included. During the third attempt to fix the sandwich, the attendant actually took the sandwich back from me and went behind the counter to add the cheese. I know that drive-thrus and restaurants are not allowed to take food back behind the counter, and on top of that, they unwrapped and opened the sandwich in front of several other customers. Throughout these issues and others, I was met with disapproving glares while they attempted to correct the sandwich multiple times, making the experience unpleasant for both me and my guest. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had!

The food, atmosphere, and service were just what you’d expect from a Subway. However, this particular location has inconsistent hours. On several occasions, I found the doors locked during posted operating hours, which seems to suggest they struggle to retain reliable staff on Friday and Saturday nights. If you stick to visiting in the afternoon, you should be fine. Food rating: 5/5.
