Was Ayee VeePee at Subway a mag?
The mozzarella cheese wasnt available for the Bella Mozza sandwich the time we went which was a disappointment.The location is great at the corner of Milwaukee and California Sts.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair has access to store. View all feedback.

I can't leave a digital tip here because the owner retains them and doesn't share them with the staff. That's incredibly unethical.

I placed my order through the app a full TWO HOURS in advance, but when I arrived at the restaurant, one employee was on the phone while another was busy making sandwiches. They told me to take a seat because my order was not ready. After a while, they let me know they couldn’t fulfill my order because they were out of the Veggie Flatizza. I asked for a refund for that item and for the receipt, but they refused, telling me I would need to contact customer service myself and that I couldn't receive the receipt either. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and despite reaching out to Subway Customer Service multiple times, I still haven't received my refund. I highly advise against ordering from the app! They didn’t mention this location was out of that menu item, and I feel like they’ve taken my money without reason.

I placed an order through the app two hours in advance, but when I arrived, I found one employee on the phone and another making sandwiches. They told me to sit down because my order wasn’t ready. After a while, they informed me that they couldn’t fulfill my order because they didn’t have the Veggie Flatizza. I asked for a refund for that item and my receipt, but they refused and said I would need to contact customer service myself. They also couldn’t provide me with a receipt. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I still haven’t received a refund from Subway Customer Service, as they haven’t responded to my multiple inquiries. I highly recommend avoiding ordering through the app altogether! They didn’t mention that this location was out of that menu item, and I feel like my money has been taken from me.

Sandwich was drenched in mustard. Why bother doing this job if you’re not going to care at all about quality control.
