I was lucky enough to have my birthday dinner here, it was an absolutely gorgeous meal and lovely lovely experience. I appreciate the staff for their attentiveness and expertise. I was here by myself and they made it a very special night for myself. The open kitchen was a great touch, you feel at home here.

We did the most expensive tasting menu and wine pairing and it was a but disappointing. We expected at least a handful of more dishes than the regular menu since we paid a decent amount extra, but it ended up being one extra intro course and maybe one extra mini-dessert. The food was fine, but it built up quick and then there was only one main course before moving on to dessert…very abrupt. On the wine pairings, we ordered reserve but didn’t get a pairing with the last 3 courses, so definitely not worth the extra price. Place was pretty empty when we were there too, which was tough

First atmosphere was phenomenal and staff was top notch. Everything beyond that…not so much. I was expecting it to be expensive but it was excessive for what I received. While each course was interesting, they were very small and the flavors were complicated without commonality. It was too all over the board. We got the basic wine pairing and the wines were ok. I don’t know if it’s common to receive the menu after the meal but it would have been nice to know what was coming. Also, there were 3 desert courses. While I’m a fan of desert, I would have preferred to have a few larger courses.

What was that? Was it just bad food or arrogant waiters who forgot that they are SERVEers… and what is that yelling for..? Can we just enjoy our meal, our conversation, and our company without being bothered by all of the team yelling every five minutes. Unless I am not here to enjoy the food, the company, and the conversation. Or if you are entertaining, put your show together or hire a professional entertainer. Foodwise… I am sorry, actually I am not, but anyway, I am not coming back. Some pie … – show

Disappointing all around. Waste of $800+ for two people and a waste of our 5 year anniversary meal. If you want expensive ingredients reinvented for the sake of reinventing, this is the place for you. If you want a delicious meal showcasing the best of what the nicest ingredients can offer, try Topolobampo, Schwa, or Alinea. I wouldn’t go again even if the price was $100 per person. 2/12 courses were tasty and 4/12 we sent back barely eaten.
