After picking up my rental car at O'Hare International Airport (ORD) and realizing it was lunchtime, I decided to stop for pizza in Chicago before heading to Wisconsin. I stumbled upon this gem on Google - a restaurant owned by a Bosnian family with outstanding food. I ordered a pizza that was just as delicious as any pizza I've had in this city known for its pizza. If I come back, I definitely want to try one of the traditional Bosnian dishes. While the atmosphere is simple, the food and service are excellent. Definitely worth a visit.
The pizza had a frozen crust, which was just okay. When I walked in, I was taken aback by the smell; it seemed like someone had been smoking by the entrance, but to my surprise, they were actually smoking inside the restaurant.
This place is amazing! The Bosnian sausage with pita bread is absolutely delicious. Remember, you can't judge a book by its cover, though!
I've ordered from this restaurant three times, and the quality has been inconsistent each time. One pizza was good, but another was so dry it was inedible, and the third had an unexpectedly thick crust, which was different from the others. Additionally, the staff seemed somewhat rude.
