Plush Pup is a clean, well‑decorated fast‑casual diner with friendly staff, speedy service, and standout items like gyro and Italian beef served in generous portions. Patrons appreciate the classic diner menu, indoor/outdoor seating, and easy parking, though fries can be inconsistent and drinks sometimes small. Recent price increases and reported poor owner interactions have left some customers disappointed. Overall it’s a solid neighborhood quick‑service spot if you’re willing to pay a premium.
I wanted to fall in love with this spot, but it doesn't quite meet expectations. Primarily, the food is slightly overpriced for what you receive. The decor is nice. Nothing looks unkempt. Clean place to eat, but I doubt I will return.
NEVER AGAIN!!!My family has been supporting Plush Pup for over 5 years. Over time, I have lost my patience with how the owner treats customers. Every single employee is nice and friendly but the owner is rude, sarcastic and arrogant. They will not get one cent from me from this day forward.
Compared to other same style restaurants this place is insanely high-priced. Plus the lady bringing up the items that barely speaks English is making mistakes and charging more. Years ago this place used to be great, it used to be crowded, last time I went in barely anybody in there. They ripped me off on an item, charged more than it should have been and the lady argued with me about it. I will never go back to this dump again.
The gyro meat and fries portion was very generous, especially considering the higher price. The gyro sandwich itself was delicious. The only downside was the smaller-sized regular drink—I was left thirsty after such a hearty meal.
The food at Plush Pup is decent, but the prices are outrageous for the portion sizes. They charge $10 for a hot dog, fries, and a small drink. On top of that, there's a 3.5% fee for credit card payments. You can definitely find better options for much less elsewhere.
