What a delight... so glad we stopped by on our first night on this Chicago trip. Everything was well executed, perfectly balanced. The flavors keep you wanting more. Tartare and pork bossam were definitely our favorites. Bold flavors, fresh ingredients, can't ask for more. We also ordered the brisket soup and bulgogi. The pickles and rice that came with that were lovely. The portion sizes were perfect, enough to sati... View all feedback.
What Noor doesn't like about Parachute:
I had high expectations for Parachute since watching Beverly Kim on Top Chef. I understood that it would be a different flavor palate but I just didn’t think the food was good. The service was great and I like the ambiance of the restaurant. View all feedback.
Excellent service in a cozy environment. cocktails were thoughtful and the recommended dishes were appreciated. the makrele, seafood pancakes and various preparations of kimchi were the highlights
Was very good. but in contrast to the old parachute that was always surprising, it is now only very well prepared basic Korean at a premium price. there are many good Koreans in chicago just say “
We had a great experience. it were the small details that were important. they greeted us with open heart and made our evening special. the food and cocktails(Great call to seafood pancacke and cocktail
Great service , kind and welcoming staff. Everything was beautifully presented. I can’t say I loved the meal or sool but it may just be my personal preference. The bulgogi was delicious!
As usual, a perfect meal at Parachute. The ambiance, mood and service are all impeccable, but the food remains the star. While each of the four dishes we tried was excellent, but Pork Bassoon was just spectacular with layer upon layer of flavor. So good.
