What a delight... so glad we stopped by on our first night on this Chicago trip. Everything was well executed, perfectly balanced. The flavors keep you wanting more. I had high expectations for Parachute since watching Beverly Kim on Top Chef. I understood that it would be a different flavor palate but I just didn’t think the food was good. The service was great and I like the ambiance of the restaurant. View all feedback.

I called in for a reservation on a whim on a Friday night and was fortunate enough to snag a same day reservation for 7:30pm.
Understated for a Michelin star restaurant and beautiful.
The food and service were both excellent. Ther prices were very reasonable. The chimichurri chicken was excellent, the Chicken Cobb Salad was excellent as was the Steelhead Salmon over a bed of cold quinoa. The salt and pepper shrimp was very flavorful.
Excellent service! The food was good but salmon was a bit drenched in sauce and not really warm. Short ribs were excellent.
