What User doesn't like about Papa Johns Pizza:
Awful service! If there's an issue with your order, they're not willing to take responsibility. They either won't answer the phone or they'll pick up, act like they're not listening, and then hang up. It’s honestly not worth it! Just get DiGiorno instead. View all feedback.
Customer service was impressive; my order was ready in just 20 minutes, which is a record compared to other pizza places in the area that can take up to two hours! They also got my order exactly right. I give them a 5/5 for service. Now, onto the New York-style pizza: it had an even distribution of toppings with small, slightly brown bits of melted cheese that didn't overwhelm the pie. There was just enough cheese on each slice, and the pizza was almost perfectly baked. However, the slice cuts could have been better; it seemed like they rushed, leaving some slices not completely cut, which resulted in some hefty pieces. The crust was thin, though not as thin as traditional New York pizza, but considering it was made by a Chicago chain, they did a commendable job replicating it. The thickness gave it a firmer texture, which made it less messy to eat. I’d rate the pizza a solid 4/5. I have to admit, I was never a huge fan of Papa John's, but this pizza has changed my mind. It seems fitting for a New Yorker chain to be proud of their take on the legendary New York pizza. The NY Papa John's really outshines the Chicago locations in terms of presentation. While this pizza might not be a showstopper visually, the taste definitely shines through. The sauce has a slight sweetness that isn’t overpowering. The pepperoni combined with a three-cheese blend creates a perfect balance that elevates the overall flavor. The crust also has a mild sweetness that makes each bite delightful. I'd give the pizza a 5/5. As for the Parmesan Crusted Philly Cheese Steak Papadias, they looked quite a bit like calzones, just not sealed. The Parmesan had a unique roasted flavor that added an interesting touch to the filling. There was plenty of filling to keep me satisfied, so I’d give it a 3/5. Now, the surprise of the meal was the Papadias. I initially added them as an afterthought, expecting them to be just a disposable menu item, but I was pleasantly surprised. The flavors were vibrant, with each ingredient standing out, especially the beef. The cheese was perfectly melted, and there was a generous amount of ingredients like beef, peppers, and sauce. I don’t know how they made this dish so delicate, but I’m very grateful for it. This one earns a 5/5. Overall, this visit exceeded my expectations. Everything, from the pizza to the Philly Steak Papadias, was fantastic. Even the Dole Lemonade hit the spot. I expected to feel underwhelmed based on my past experiences with Papa John's, but I was pleasantly surprised in every aspect. I think I've found my new go-to pizza place, provided they can maintain this level of quality. My only critique is the garlic butter they include with everything; I never see anyone use it in Chicago. Also, the individual pepperoncini instead of crushed red pepper flakes is a bit odd. Personally, I'd prefer fresh mint leaves over red pepper flakes any day! A suggestion for improvement would be to provide a small cup of garlic butter sauce alongside some freshly cut peppers. Overall, I would rate this experience 4 out of 5 stars.

I wait over 3 hours on my pizza already paid 60$ no answer from charging each time when I just call her put me in the handle. no cancellation of the order nothing. I would not order from there, there are several other pizza places in the neighbourhood that would be worth their time and money terrible customer services equally
