Had an incredible brunch at the Pancake Cafe! The omelets were generously sized with 5 eggs, a selection of cheese, numerous fillings, hash browns, and a side of pancakes. The servers were incredibly friendly and provided just the right amount of attention. We were seated quickly and the meal was served promptly. I was recommended this restaurant by a friend who lives nearby, and it definitely lived up to the hype. The bacon had a great crispy texture despite being thick, and the crepes were surprisingly flavorful and satisfying. It's easy to see why this place is a popular breakfast spot for Chicago locals.
