We love ordering from here for group lunches at our work. We usually get a little bit of everything. The brisket is super tender. The ribs and wings are both great. The barbecue fried shrimp and the sausage are great. Even the rolls and the coleslaw are good. It's hard not to give yourself a stomach ache from over eating when everything is so good. I’m from Tennessee, and I love BBQ. There was a point that I had sworn off all BBQ in Chicago, but Offset is one of the few exceptions I have found. They are doing a lot of great, innovating things playing with different dishes to surround with the BBQ. The staff and ownership are very friendly as well, and don’t sleep on the drinks and dessert. I particularly recommend the BBQueso Fundido, the BBQ Sweet Potato Fry Nachos, and the Abuelita’s Bowl.
Extremely good bbq. The best ribs I’ve ever had. The meat has so much flavor. Highly recommend the brisket as well. Ordered delivery and will 100% be reordering.
