The brisket is incredibly tender, and both the ribs and wings are fantastic. The barbecue fried shrimp and sausage are also excellent. Even the rolls and coleslaw are delicious. It's tough to resist overindulging when everything is so tasty!

Generous portion and great price for BBQ.The music is on theme and you feel like you are in a Southern BBQ house but with a chic Chicago brick interior.It’s rare to find a place with such quality service and cleanness as well, I was really blown away.I recommend the Ribs, Brisket, Pulled Pork and definitely try the all beef sausage it has a unique texture and flavor.

They are do... read more I’m from Tennessee, and I love BBQ. There was a point that I had sworn off all BBQ in Chicago, but Offset is one of the few exceptions I have found. They are doing a lot of great, innovating things playing with different dishes to surround with the BBQ. The staff and ownership are very friendly as well, and don’t sleep on the drinks and dessert. I particularly recommend the BBQueso Fundido, the BBQ Sweet Potato Fry Nachos, and the Abuelita’s Bowl.

Service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere felt relaxed and authentic. Definitely one of the best spots for quality BBQ and ribs in Chicago — I’ll be back.
