Feedback
Despite some negative reviews regarding slow service and cold food, this restaurant seems to have some redeeming qualities. The casual atmosphere and delicious food, especially the yuca fries, have left a positive impression on many diners. The wait staff is friendly and attentive, providing helpful recommendations. While service may be slow at times, the quality of the food and overall experience seem to make up for it. With a variety of menu options and a welcoming ambiance, this establishment is recommended for those looking for a tasty meal in a relaxed setting.
We had read a lot about this place and were excited to try it. There were some good things on the buffet, like the oatmeal, but overall didn’t find it outstanding. Next time I’d order from the menu and skip the buffet.
Good food. Fun time. Good server....very friendly. Oatmeal was delish. Would come back.
The avena de coco is phenomenal the rest of The food was just ok. The service was terrible. Took 35 minutes to get our check, and it wasn’t even our original server. My dad asked for a different mug for his coffee, he wanted black coffee the second time he originally had cafe con leche), but everyone just turned away and said no. I’m assuming it was because he had to pay which we were totally ok with), but they flat out said no and had thee worst attitude in life. There should be more urgency in checking people out so the line isn’t out of the door for a table. This place has soooo much potential, but definitely need to do some staff training.
Omg.. waited for EVER to get waited on.. no water.. on our table.. was given some plastic spoon and knife in a one napkin wrap.. OMG.. I need a few napkins.... on top of this.. I seen the waiter 2times.. we had to get her attention the middle of the service… now.. I come to get my avena for lunch pick up no problem.. but dam this has got to get better here.. also.. the bathroom was smelled.. needed to be sanitized.... just bad experience Sunday NOV. 13.. then I had my grandson w me t … – show
