During dinner, twice I requested something from the server and twice she failed to bring it. As for the food it was terrible, the appetizer was tasteless and entrée was inedible.

It wasn't crowded, and there were staff members available; however, they never came by to see if we needed anything. We had to seek them out ourselves whenever we needed more water or drinks.
