Feedback
A recent visit to Mia Francesca yielded mixed reviews from patrons. While some experienced slow service and cold, tasteless food, others raved about the fabulous dishes and attentive staff. Special shoutouts were given to servers like Danny and Eugene who went above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. The live jazz music and cozy atmosphere added to the charm of this neighborhood favorite. Despite some minor hiccups, Mia Francesca remains a go-to spot for those craving delicious Italian cuisine.
The staff was pleasant. Our server was not well informed of the specials or drinks. She was very nice and went to ask others for the information needed a few times. The drinks were good. The food was very good. The only thing I would say is the pasta in one of the dishes was a little on the hard side. The flavors were excellent. Definitely would return
The food was very good and our server Alfonso was very efficient and courteous.
Bolognese was so good. Great food great service good tunes
What a wonderful experience! If you find yourself in town, you simply HAVE to visit this place! The service was top-notch and the food was absolutely delicious. Doug and George were exceptional hosts who took excellent care of us during our visit. We ordered a bottle of wine, and Doug was kind enough to refill our glasses with a complimentary bottle once we finished ours. George also checked in frequently to ensure that our drinks and food met our expectations. The conversations were enjoyable as well! I haven't experienced service of this caliber in a long time. Without a doubt, this is the best restaurant I’ve dined at in Chicago! Thank you, Doug, and George!
Such a cute place. My rigatoni was amazing.
