Mfk - Chicago
Mfk
Description
The restaurant in question offers a modern and inventive cuisine tapas-style experience, with a small and cozy atmosphere. However, some guests felt that the prices were too high for the small portions served. The menu is heavy on butter and cheese, which may not be suitable for those with dietary restrictions. On the bright side, the staff is knowledgeable and attentive, and the food is interesting, tasty, and well presented. Overall, the restaurant seems to have mixed reviews, ranging from disappointing experiences due to limited menu options and intrusive management to positive experiences with delicious dishes and good service.

My friends and I had a craving for steamed seafood and this place didn't disappoint. I've been to a place similar to mfk. restaurant where they steam fresh seafood for you but the organization and process at mfk. restaurant was a bit different.
What an incredible spot this is! I had visited many years ago and remembered it being really good but it has only gotten better as time has passed. I went with my family and we got to share about 6 dishes. The ratatouille was divine, the skate perfectlyseasoned and cooked, tasty lamb merguez, and the fideos were cooked in a highly addictive saffron cream sauce. The dessertdidn’t disappoint in the form of a basque almond cake. Excellent yet unpretentious service. The space is very intimate andcozy so make sure to make reservations.
Extremely cozy restaurant with excellent food. The best steak I've ever had. The crab ceviche and croquettes were also delicious. The food has been consistently incredible, and the atmosphere is trendy without being pretentious.
