There was never any rus... read more It was like having dinner at our dining room table. Noise level was great , even with the pianist/singer (who was fantastic by the way). There was never any rush, we didn’t have to ask for a thing the service was outstanding. The shrimp appetizer was amazing…as were the rest of the dinner selections we made. Will be back!

Every single time we wanted... read more We had an awful girls dinner at mastros. It took 50 minutes for the server to even come take our drink order. She was MIA all night. Every single time we wanted to order something else we had to send someone looking for her. It wasn’t even busy. Turns out 18%gratuity was included in our (very expensive) bill which may have been why our server couldn’t have cared less. The food was ok at best. Sadly, won’t be going back.

Feels like the workers try to hard to be something they’re not in life. Don’t really get the “hype” surrounding this place my hotel’s restaurant had better. Tim, our server was... read more My experience at Mastro's Steakhouse was nothing short of exceptional. The hostess made us feel truly welcomed (it was my birthday dinner). Tim, our server was attentive and knowledgeable. Kim, the manager ensured every detail was handled with care, adding to the overall sense of luxury. I asked for sides to be in half portion so we (a party of two) could try more variety as their regular portion is quite big. My filet mignon was perfectly cooked -buttery, juicy, and tender. Each bite practically melted in my mouth. It was easily one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. Looking forward to many celebrations at Mastro's! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $100+
