This joint is good for traditional chicago food and not as expensive compared to other places like it. Staff is very nice and the food comes out fast.Food: 5/5

My husband purchased 1 burger with a vanilla shake for himself and a grilled chicken sandwich with a sprite for me. The total with tax wax $25.75 for 4 items. Oh did I mention the burger and chicken sandwich came without fries. The grilled chicken wasn't even season and it looked like the bottom of a sole of a shoe, no taste whatsoever and hard. The sprite tasted moldy. And for that they charged $25.75., thats crazy. Never again!

It's what you are looking for. Got the Italian beef with fried and sweet pep I ers, au jys on side. Real good food. What the locals go for. Got good service and was my only meal passing through Chicago. Made the right choice.Food: 5/5

I placed an order through the drive thru for an Italian beef sandwich at approximately midnight and got home and realized there was an Italian sausage hidden underneath my Italian beef meat. Per religious values I don't consume pork and placed a call to the store first thing in the morning to resolve the matter. The owner was extremely rude and dismissive and made a mockery of my religious beliefs and did nothing but antagonize me the whole call. The food isn't all that great to begin with but adding poor customer service tops it for me. I advise everyone to spend there money else where.

I would give this so called restaurant no stars if it were possible. I ordered a hot dog with fries got white fries that weren't cooked a hot dog on a day old bun. The girl at the drive up window gave me the bag 2 minutes after I told her what I wanted....more like through it at me. No thanks! Never go back again when there are so many other great hot dog places around Chicago.
