Unlike other diners that make mistakes with their recipes, this place prepares their biscuits and gravy perfectly. Having lived in Chicago for over 30 years, I have seen many diners close down or deteriorate in quality, but this one has consistently maintained its high standards. I no longer bother trying other places - this is the place to go. Enjoy!

The serve... read more The food at this restaurant is fantastic, the atmosphere is inviting, and the staff are excellent! We dined indoors and experienced minimal wait time. The server promptly asked if we wanted coffee and within 5 minutes we were placing our order. My favorite dishes were the Swiss-Egg-Bacon Sandwich and the French toast, both of which were surprisingly delicious!
