**Restaurant Review: A Disappointing Experience**
This restaurant has left many diners feeling underwhelmed and frustrated. Customers frequently encounter issues such as shortages of menu items, incorrect orders, and unsatisfactory service. Even simple requests seem to be a challenge, and repeated errors in orders have marred the experience. Slow service has become a hallmark of the establishment, with long waits impacting customer satisfaction. While some food items are served hot, the overall quality and staff attitude have raised serious concerns. With numerous red flags and a lack of consistent performance, it’s no surprise that patrons are opting to take their business elsewhere.

The drive-thru experience was incredibly slow, taking over 30 minutes just to receive a simple order of chicken tenders and fries.
In the past two weeks, I've received the wrong items with my orders on two occasions. I placed an order through the drive-thru and requested a side of potatoes and coleslaw to go with my chicken. When I got home, I found that they had given me potatoes and fries instead. The following week, I ordered chicken tacos, and when I arrived home, I discovered that I had received barbeque instead, with no sauces included. The service has been really disappointing! They need to check orders before handing them over at the drive-thru.
This place is truly disappointing. My friends and I have a game where we order food and then laugh at what we actually receive. You're lucky if they even have anything in stock. On many occasions, they have run out of food well before 7 PM.
While a convenient location. Food took over 10 minutes (more than 20 minutes for the people that ordered before us. There were small ants along the walls and some of the tables. Parts of the windowsill were missing large chunks leaving gaping holes.
I visited this store on Tuesday, May 31 at about 7:30 PM...I went inside and had to wait 15 minutes to order. I was paying by card and the gentlemen at the register said the reader could not process my card, so I did it again, and again...He said there was trouble with the card readers (yes, both). When I asked about the payment, he said it only went thru 1 time...I checked with my bank and big surprise he had me pay three times....Most likely he pocketed the 2 extra payments from the cash register...stealing money Never use my card there again.....
