All I can say is WOW! The food here is absolutely incredible. I’m completely in love with Filipino cuisine. The pastries are exquisite, especially the taro tart. The breakfast sandwich featuring longanisa is an absolute must-try. The longanisa is bursting with flavor, and the egg, cheese, and bun are perfectly done. We visited on Thursday morning around 11 AM and had to wait about 20-30 minutes. We came back on Saturday, hoping to sample more dishes, but the line was significantly longer, likely leading to a 2-hour wait. This place is extremely popular, so keep that in mind—consider visiting on a weekday and arriving close to opening time or placing an order online instead.

There was a line out the door, and while it was maybe a ten to fifteen minute wait, it didn't feel too long. The service was great! And the food? Amazing! I tried my husband's sandwich and regretted not ordering one for myself. No worries, I had the crispiest hash brown ever and a soft and creamy cheesecake tart. Super YUM!!

Unpopular opinion!! I don’t really feel as though this place was worth the hype. First of all, $60 for 2 egg, cheese and hashbrown breakfast sandwiches, 2 lattes a truffle croissant is insane, but I would’ve happily paid that if the food was good. In my opinion, the truffle croissant was A LOT (ingredient/taste wise . You bite into this crunchy, beautiful croissant with (rock? sugar and then you taste an immense taste of truffle, garlic, and savoriness. Maybe that’s the point of it, but it just wasn’t for me. The breakfast sandwiches simply weren’t worth it to me bc of the quality. The drinks were really, good though. I got the yam latte and the tamarind matcha.as for the wait, I ordered online for pickup and didn’t have to wait tooo long, but do be prepared to wait in a pretty tight space (not a problem, just be prepared .Service was fine.I definitely wouldn’t be back, but hopefully you have a better experience than me!

I’ve been to Kasama multiple times over the past few years and each experience is better than the last. The tasting is worth it but I much prefer the cozy counter service breakfast. Do yourself a favor and order every pastry on the menu.
