Unfortunately, there have been reports of the establishment closing its doors, which is a loss for the community and patrons who have enjoyed the bar over the years.

THE OAK IS CLOSING! After many years of wonderful times, the Irish Oak is closing its doors. The Oak was a great place before and after Cubs games. It will be missed.
Everything was phenomenal!! Food was excellent!
I am apart of a run group of a dozens of people that hit up this establishment after our runs. Irish Oak takes care of us very well! Especially when I asked if they could bring in an Non-Alcoholic option, so they brought in Guinness Zero for me! Also, Half-Priced wings on Tuesdays are an added bonus, to this already awesome place. They are excellent!
The duo of Stacy and Bri are second to none in Wrigleyville no doubt!! Great service and very attentive! Solid in very high demanding environment
I used to come here a while ago, but then moved. Came back the other day, and was having the worst day. Justin, the bartender, took the BEST care of me. Cheered me up and made me some great cocktails. I was starving and he said the Mac and cheese was killer...he was not wrong. This place is awesome, 10/10, highly recommend. Make sure Justin's working!!!!!!!
