I had a taste for pizza so I decided to visit this location. I have not been here since before Covid-19 so to see the change of the place is a new look. I was greeted at the counter by Destiny. Such a pleasant, sweet voice. I ordered a personal pizza and traditional buffalo wings for a total of $27.50. I asked was the blue cheese chunky . I love blue cheese. This is truly a 5-star restaurant with great food, wings, excellent bartender and great service. I have been eating Home Run Inn pizza my entire life and this place never falls short of amazing. During my last visit, the manager stopped by my parties booth to make sure we were well taken care of. That's always a nice touch. Will be going again, asap.
My first visit to an actual HRI restaurant....i may never eat frozen ones again! But frozen is our only option in champaign. Bartender/server was super busy but made us feel welcome and appreciated our business. Next time we head to Chicago we will return!
I love the staff! Rebecca is our favorite. The food is always hot and fresh and they specialize in making you happy, at least that has been our experience since We’ve been patronizing their business.
Home Run is a five star in my book. The 'Laura 's Favorite 'is out of this world. And root beer on tap, well, need I say more!!
