The third-party service takes your order and calls the restaurant to place it, but the restaurant does not answer the phone. When I went to pick up my order, there was no one there. I eventually knocked on the employee entrance, and someone finally came out. They informed me that they never received my order, even as the phone kept ringing non-stop. I contacted the third-party service I ordered from (Mealhi5), and while they were very polite, they explained that they had been trying to reach the restaurant but that the restaurant had refused to accept the order. They processed my refund immediately and advised me not to order from this restaurant again because this issue frequently occurs. This is completely unacceptable. This place used to be good, but it has really declined.
