Harrigans is a beautiful little chill spot on a very busy street. I was there three times and they are always very nice and welcome us. The prices are good...
I was the only person of color at the bar. The staff concocted excuses and lies to a) not serve me food, drink, or water and b) kick me out. This is not aligned with the values of the diverse Chicago I love. Stay away.

Best bar in Chicago
Glad Reddit told us this was one of the best places in the city for a Guinness and we confirmed it's THE best. Serena, Mickey and Tony are the best bartenders, along with the patient karaoke DJ, Ryan! We've visited pretty regularly for over a year now and my partner and I celebrated our birthdays with them. Bonus is that we order in food when we've had too much Guinness. We live a 20+ min drive away, but always make the effort to visit. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
