Feedback
Our waiter asked about any food allergies or if we were vegetarian. The menu clearly marks vegetarian options, and the sauce bar labels each dish for various allergies, including wheat. The vegetables were incredibly fresh, and the portions were generous - perfect for a hungry young man! I highly recommend this restaurant, especially if you have a native Chinese speaker to help with translating the menu/sauce bar options. Even my Taiwanese friend was impressed by the food.
I was disappointed by the limited selection of vegan options, but I still recommend giving this restaurant a try for the unique experience it offers.
This well-known Sichuan hotpot chain has a restaurant near Chinatown with a steep cost, but offers a rewarding dining experience. The menu includes several vegan soup bases and various tofu, soy, and vegetable options to add in. The customer service is exceptional - from the welcoming downstairs area to the elevator, friendly staff, robot waiters, and traditional dance performance, it feels like being in a luxurious setting. Our waitress was particularly helpful in explaining the menu, especially for vegan diners new to hotpot.
This place is incredible—definitely a must-try! I want to extend my gratitude to Evan for providing exceptional service during my first experience with hotpot. He was patient, answered all of our questions, and was very kind throughout our visit. The restaurant truly exceeded my expectations. It was my birthday dinner, and they beautifully decorated our table, sang happy birthday to me, and brought out treats. Thank you, Evan, for your wonderful service, and thank you, Haidilao, for making my birthday dinner so special!
