Instead of trying to make me feel c... read more I'm writing this while enjoying my meal. The person taking my order was laughing at me because my English isn't very strong. Instead of trying to make me feel comfortable and provide good service, he did the exact opposite. He doesn’t seem to understand that tourists in Chicago want to experience the famous Five Guys. This experience made me feel quite upset, and I can't recommend this place, at least during this shift.
