We had a great time at this brunch spot. I tried the breakfast tacos and they were delicious. My wife ordered the avocado toast with an egg and really enjoyed it. The kids loved their meals from the children's menu. The highlight was definitely the breakfast spread! Highly recommend it. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because 1) my daughter's meal, called eggs, bacon, and toast, didn't come with toast as expected, so we had to pay extra for a side of toast. 2) The restaurant was a bit cold and drafty. Other than that, everything else was fantastic.
8pm on a Saturday night and there was outside and bar seating available we sat at the bar which I recommend as the atmosphere of this place is as described: relaxing and inviting. Friendly staff at the bar. Drinks: if you like bourbon, get the Smoked Manhattan you won’t regret it. Food: we had one of their burgers and the pork chop sandwich both delicious. The pork chop was particularly good not something I would normally order but I followed a tip from another reviewer. Topped with caramelized apples and perfectly tender. I will come here again. Really a nice local spot. Great little meeting place or date night place.
I guess this is a crowd favorite dating place. Seatings are full of people trying to get to know each other. It’s sure has a lot of patron on a weekday night, mostly young adults. The food is great, it taste fresh and the mushroom burger satisfied my texture pallate. I did miss the ambiance of a lively restaurant but it also gave you some anxiety because of the pandemic.

Farm Bar Lakeview is one of those rare neighborhood spots that manages to be comfortable, consistent, and absolutely delicious every single time. From the moment you walk in, it has that cozy, welcoming vibe dim lighting, rustic wood accents, and the warm hum of conversation that makes it feel like a true local hangout. Whether you’re there for brunch, dinner, or just a couple of cocktails at the bar, Farm Bar nails the balance between casual and elevated. The menu celebrates Midwestern farm-to-table cooking in the best way possible simple, honest, and full of flavor. Their Farm Burger is an absolute standout: perfectly cooked, juicy, and layered with Wisconsin cheddar and housemade pickles on a toasted brioche bun. It’s one of those burgers that reminds you why classics never go out of style. Pair it with their hand-cut fries or the cheese curds, and you’ve got comfort food perfection.
