Their response was underwhelming; they even offered me a free drink as a replacement. Overall, it was poor service.

She acts like she is buying your coffee and food out of her own pocket. No manners, just out right RUDE. I'm a loyal Customer, and I think people like this should be replaced, or have Corporate step in.I'm just reading all the reviews for this establishment. How do they even stay in business?
