Since it's the closest Dunkin' to my house, I occasionally stop by for coffee when I'm in a rush, but they never get my order right, even though they still charge for any additional swirls. When I've asked about it, their responses have been dismissive, often with eye-rolling. I once requested my receipt to file a complaint, and the woman actually threw it at me, saying, "Here, go complain." Her service is consistently terrible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this location to anyone; they don't deserve our business.

Their response was underwhelming; they even offered me a free drink as a replacement. Overall, it was poor service.

I attempted to explain that I had no choice but to park that way due to the lack of available spots in the parking lot, and all I wanted was to grab a coffee and be on my way. Their behavior was not professional at all, and they were quite rude.
