The staff at this restaurant were incredibly unfriendly and had dry personalities. When I requested just a small amount of cream in my coffee, they ended up pouring coffee into my cream instead, leaving me with what tasted like hot milk with no coffee flavor. The overall service was lacking. While I have no biases, it appeared that the Hindu employees weren't meeting expectations. It seems they predominantly hire Hindus and may not have the best attitude towards others. Hiring a more diverse staff could bring positive energy and friendliness to the restaurant. Additionally, the food was quite unappealing.
The restaurant misled me with their advertisement for the pancake wake-up wrap, so I had to settle for ordering two hash browns instead. Additionally, I was served a hard, stale donut, which makes me unable to recommend buying pastries from this place.
I visited the restaurant and unfortunately, they couldn't get my order correct. I requested a large hazelnut coffee and confirmed my order twice, yet they still made a mistake. It wasn't until I was halfway to work on the train that I realized the error.
The worker with the Orange/redish hair has inspired me to go to sleep earlier so I don't need to go here to get coffee anymore. She's vocally short with you, doesn't wear a mask, and got the order wrong anyways after I said it twice. I'm cool not cominghere anymore.
I ordered a Sausage Egg Croissant sandwich, and it ended up making me miss my train. A few hours later, I began experiencing stomach discomfort, and now, several days later, I’m still suffering from diarrhea and stomach pain. I really think the food here needs to be inspected because I believe I’m dealing with food poisoning from what I ate.
