I ordered a croissant sandwich this past weekend, and when I got home, I realized that they gave me a wrap with half a sausage in it. They could have waited till I arrived and asked if I wanted something else. Instead they took it upon themselves to give me half a sandwich.
Terrible customer service , very unprofessional lady taking over the drive thru. Seems like she was having a bad day and was taking it out on the clients.
If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. I ordered a Sparked Berry drink and specifically requested no ice. I even had to remind the server a second time that I didn’t want any ice. She rudely interrupted me, saying, “Yeah, I got it.” When I arrived at the window, my drink had ice in it. I pointed out that I was told there wouldn’t be any ice in my drink. The rude woman at the speaker then yelled at me, saying, “Oh my God, it’s just three ice cubes.” However, there was definitely more than three ice cubes, and I had asked her twice to hold the ice. Instead of addressing the mistake, she chose to yell at me for something she was too lazy to take care of properly. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. Please stop being rude to customers just because you can’t be bothered to do your job properly!
