With no manager available to handle refunds, I couldn’t get my money back. I suggest visiting a real coffee shop instead.

The entire team, from the manager to the baristas, knows my usual order, and the best part is my drink is always ready as I reach the counter to pay, perfectly made every time. Everyone is friendly to me and other customers, even when they seem tired. I've observed their interactions with others, and they consistently stay professional. So, if anyone says they've experienced rudeness here, I believe they might be overly sensitive or just looking to complain at the wrong time.

I paid for the whipped cream but never received it, and the staff gave me a look as if it was my fault. If employees aren’t happy with their jobs, they should consider finding another one for the sake of the customers. The staff lacked any personality and were simply unkind. I really can’t understand it. The menu might look appealing, but the service definitely needs improvement.
