Every time I pull into the Duncan Donuts parking lot; 1982 N Clybourn Ave at 3:00 a.m. Wednesday through Sunday, Vesal always has my two extra large coffee's waiting for me. It's been a pleasure having him wait on me. I hope he continues to work at this location as I recently found out he's moving to another. Harold View all feedback.
What jose berenguer doesn't like about Dunkin':
I would give this place zero stars if I could. It's the worst Dunkin' in Chicago. The staff doesn't even bother to mix the iced coffee properly. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the lazy vibes from the employees. The only good worker was Darius. Overall, this place is terrible! View all feedback.
Got a laced latte for lunch. Went fast?.why? 60% or more pure ice. Same as Starbucks.
There at 10:45am: Not a single employee wearing a mask today, when I asked if they could put them on they both turned their back on me and one walked away. I left immediately without purchasing anything. I have reported this location to the IDPH, City ofChicago health inspectors and dunkin corporate. If you don?t want to wear a mask on your time fine, but in an establishmentwhere the food is out in the open to not wear a mask is not only violating state mandate, but violating basic human decency. There are plenty of great Dunkin Donuts near here, AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS.

I love the fact that they have balloon animals, face paint, and glitter tattoos for free here!! This is going on the whole month of August on Tuesdays from 1-3 pm. The lady is super friendly who provides the services! :
I'm in here almost every workday, and the place runs like clockwork. Most of the staff have my drink memorized, everyone is friendly, and I've rarely had a problem with my orders. There are even free samples on occasion. Amit, the manager, is a true god among donut shop operators. This location was previously in somewhat shabby condition, but thanks to a remodel in the winter of 2014/2015, the interior is now clean and sleek, although it doesn't offer the full stay-and-sip ambiance of a Starbucks or independent coffee shop. Make no mistake, this is still a hyper-commercialize coffee/donut/ice cream chain, but for what it does, it does it right.
