The guy at the counter couldn’t understand a thing and they refused to make my coffee right and coffee that I get at other Dunkin’ Donuts like the way I have it made. They refuse to make it telling me they don’t do that when I’ve had it at several Dunkin’ And also my donut was bad. Most of the staff have my drink memorized, everyone is friendly, and I've rarely had a problem with my orders. There are even free samples on occasion. Amit, the manager, is a true god among donut shop operators. This location was previously in somewhat shabby condition, but thanks to a remodel in the winter of 2014/2015, the interior is now clean and sleek, although it doesn't offer the full stay-and-sip ambiance of a Starbucks or independent coffee shop. Make no mistake, this is still a hyper-commercialize coffee/donut/ice cream chain, but for what it does, it does it right.
