I wanted to enjoy my meal inside, but the tables were so dirty that I couldn’t bring myself to do it. There was spilled coffee on the floor, trash on the tables, and leftover food everywhere. It looked as if toddlers had run wild and left a disaster behind. I understand that as customers we should clean up after ourselves, but it’s the responsibility of the employees to ensure that the place is kept tidy. Management really needs to take control of this franchise. Plenty of people are looking for jobs, yet it seems difficult to maintain a proper staff. Perhaps it's time to reconsider your hiring practices.
If I could give no stars I would. I placed a mobile order because I did not have time to wait in line so I used that option. Got there, coffee came out, cool. Been there almost 10 minutes no food… I had to catch the attention of one of many employees there (nobody asked if I needed help), just for them to make me pull my phone out to show that I had food. If my coffee came on the same order as my food, then you should’ve seen it too. I ended up leaving my order because I did not have time to spare. Horrible location. People are rude too.
