The pastries are fantastic, particularly the chocolate croissants, and the tea is excellent too!

What a charming little shop! I always enjoy popping in here before heading to the zoo since it’s so conveniently located. Last week, I went on a date to see the zoo lights, and we met up here beforehand. Keep that hot cocoa coming!

The best hot chocolate in the world, enhanced with a shot of espresso and topped with rich, thick whipped cream. I can't imagine going anywhere else now; I've been spoiled!

I suggest reviewing ADA rules and regulations for the staff. I was kicked out my for having my service animal with me who not only had his service vest on but also I verbally told multiple staff that he is indeed a service animal (sign on the door states service animals are welcome. one associate said it was the fine the other whom I assume is a manager (short blonde hair, older came up saying “service animals are only for blind people” … absolutely disgusting and disrespectful

Nothing on the employees here, but adjust your prices. $5 was too much for a small earl gray tea. if it wasn't for the rain I would've walked. Honestly I probably should have anyway. McDonald's lawyers would also be shocked if they knew how hot it was served.
