Feedback
We were excited to try out this restaurant after seeing it on social media. We were entertaining friends from out of town and were sadly disappointed. Service was slow and inattentive. There seemed to only be two people working. Food was sub-par, and we did not end up finishing what we were served. The textures of some of the fish/seafood were off-putting. The cocktails and shishito peppers were great. The vibe of the restaurant is also nice.
My friend and I ordered cocktails he ordered a dirty martini and I ordered a glass of rosé. When the drinks came to the table it was not a dirty martini and my glass of rosé was sour and really bad I think it had been sitting in the refrigerator opened for a while. I returned the wine and my friend asked them to remake his dirty martini because they didn't include the olive juice in his drink. We ordered miso soup, California rolls and a rainbow roll we got our miso and California immediately after we were finished with the California rolls I ordered another one for myself we never got the rainbow roll I asked for five times the waitress kept saying she would check on it finally towards the end of the meal when I asked for a fifth time they finally brought the roll. I think the reason I took so long is because I'm allergic to capsaicin and they may have had to remake it with different ingredients but that wasn't communicated to us. The waitress was nice the miso soup and the California roll were very good the bill was $140 overall not a great value but ok. Honestly it felt like eating in a hotel lobby which is exactly what it is.
