Was Rodney Yoswig at Beacon Tavern a mag?
Tonight's dinner was outstanding. The service was exceptional, and the ambiance of the dimly lit dining area created a wonderfully relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. The menu featured a select variety of high-quality dishes. My meal was truly amazing — I had the Spiced Rohan Duck Breast accompanied by roasted pear, chestnut, and Rush Creek Reserve cheese. I also tried the New Zealand Kingfish, which came with trump... View all feedback.

What Horace Kris dislikes about Beacon Tavern:
The ambiance was lovely. I sat inside at a high-top table next to an open window. The drinks were served cold, and the food was hot. The service from the bartender was good initially, but in the last 15 minutes, he vanished and only returned to drop off the bill. I would have liked to order another round of drinks, but since he never came back, I opted to head to nearby places instead. View all feedback.

Consistently great. Frequently updating menus and the cocktail menu keeps this place an all time favorite of mine in Chicago

I liked it pleasant surprise. I arrived on the last day of the Oktoberfest menu, and sampled the final drop of beer ... excellent.

My wife and I regret not dining here last night. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the decor is stunning. There are so many wonderful aspects to this place that I can't list them all, but I highly recommend visiting to experience it for yourself. We’re definitely planning to return on our next trip to Chicago.

Went there for a business lunch. Atmosphere was good for that setting but just have to vote 3 star for lack of diversity in the menu. Both myself and colleague had a difficult time deciding and felt there should've been more types of options in the saladand entree area.. I did end with the chicken, pesto and zucchini noodles which was very good.. It is a fine place, but I woulddouble check the menu before fully commiting..
