I’m from Peru and my ecuatorians friends were so excited to try their food but the experience was so bad and rude!The service was awful, the girl who works as a server was unhelpful and she was so annoyed about what we want to eat. I ask for a chicken breast and she said you can’t choose, so I said I’m going to choose another dish and she said I can’t delete this dish cause you already order and we were like you just starting, she just said you should know what you want because I gave you enough time. I really wanted to leave this restaurant but for respect to my friends, I didn’t. So rude!Missing extra rice, she charge it us and when I told her that we didn’t get it. She said I can’t avoid it, here is your money, the way how she said that was rude.The price: we don’t have problems about the price but in the menu appears a price and in the check another price. The server just said I don’t know the prices, the owner put those prices, and she looked at us like you will pay or not.We paid a service charge 15%, but I’m sorry. They don’t deserve it. The worst service everrrrr.There’s better restaurants than this one.

Instead of a traditional menu, there was just a small framed QR code for me to scan.... read more I went to this restaurant for lunch and waited for a long time at my table. Instead of a traditional menu, there was just a small framed QR code for me to scan. However, the staff never returned to take my order. The woman working there seemed to lack energy and didn't even offer a smile or hello. It was clear that she was not happy in her job and was not suited for customer service.
