Description

676 Restaurant offers a unique dining experience combining Midwest ingredients with local flavors. The menu features organic, sustainable dishes that pay homage to traditional Midwestern cuisine. Chef sources produce from rooftop gardens at the Omni Chicago Hotel and utilizes pork from an exclusive pig farm in Iowa. Memories of fishing, hunting, summers spent picking apples, and grandma's homemade treats are all reflected in the culinary creations. With stunning views of Chicago’s Magnificent Mile, the restaurant provides a nostalgic atmosphere with communal plates and rustic touches.

I was disappointed with the limited pizza menu offered at the beautiful restaurant with a stunning view. Additionally, I made a reservation for 4:30 through OpenTable, but the restaurant did not open its doors until 5.

The photos shown for this restaurant are completely misleading. The only items on their menu are your choice of one type of salad, One burger option or four different types of pizza. That’s it, nothing more. This used to be a favorite restaurant of mine when I stayed at the Omni hotel in downtown Chicago. With the lack of menu items, it really is an unfortunate waste of a beautiful restaurant. Please be sure to notify them that they need to update their listing on OpenTable to avoid others from having a disappointing experience.
