I had made a reservation, but when I arrived at the restaurant, it was closed. Thankfully, the hotel staff called the restaurant for me, and I was informed that they had decided not to open. I was disappointed that I did not receive a phone call notifying me that my reservation would not be honored. Additionally, none of the restaurant staff had the courtesy to speak to me in person at the hotel. Overall, I was not pleased with the experience.
The service was great, we were seated quickly and the ambience was great. I wish the drinks were stronger but they were still good.
