The food was avera... read more The atmosphere and decor are reminiscent of a casual family restaurant. We dined here while waiting for our igloo reservation on the rooftop. The food was average, service was slow, and the overall ambiance did not align with the hotel or rooftop setting.

Thankfully, the hotel staff called the restaurant for me, and I was informed that they had decided not to open. I was disappointed that I did not receive a phone call notifying me that my reservation would not be honored. Additionally, none of the restaurant staff had the courtesy to speak to me in person at the hotel. Overall, I was not pleased with the experience.

She was incredibly polite, had a great understanding of the menu, made excellent recommendations, and provided us with outstanding service. Everything we had was delicious. One of the kitchen staff even personally delivered a missed item from my wife's meal as an apology, which I really appreciated despite it being a minor oversight. We will definitely return for breakfast and are excited to try their dinner menu as well.

He was very friendly and made the best blueberry mojito! I had a sidecar that was delish. We enjoyed ourselves.
