The vegan scramble with Just Egg was absolutely delicious! I was able to substitute the toast for some fruit on the side.
We traveled from out of state and stopped here for breakfast. The menu featured vegan options, which I appreciated, as I also need to eat gluten-free. The menu clearly indicated gluten-free selections. When I inquired about vegan egg replacements, I was informed that they only used regular eggs for their egg dishes. However, the server recommended the Va-Va Vegan Skillet instead. They also happily swapped the toast for gluten-free toast. The meal was delicious and filling, and even the non-vegans in my group enjoyed their meals. Overall, I was a bit disappointed that they didn’t offer egg alternatives, but I was satisfied with my alternative option.

I loved it, it had a vegan english muffin, egg cheese with tomato.
