Chili's Grill - Cheyenne

Eating was amazing and so much ordered a big bbq burger was more than just I could eat! the food came quickly and efficiently. matt is a great guy definitely recommend! Many thanks for the great food and service!

We have gedminated several times with this chili, and eating can be very poor. no resistance. I have warmed three days old frying in my microwave home, which were better than what we were served this afternoon. very disappointing, especially because the server tried to do a good job.

Service ok. they try everything to feel us eating was ok. long time the place looks down and dirty. several tables without human and dirty dishes. only 3 people work on the front as server and hostes.

A late lunch at 15 o'clock. I wanted to pick up my order. I stood for 10 minutes. I've been watching 4 different people who are staring at me and/or going past me. the place was not busy. I could only see 4 or so tables with people. not even I was greeted. I decided to call the manager and complain. the manager stopped what I had to say and just said I'm sorry to hear that. no offer to make it right or to apologize for the lack of customer service and that was the manager. I'm sorry. I can understand that the customer service is affected when during a hurry and busy, but not when it only 4-5 tables. that's just lazy and the ass over. have taken place fajitas of hacienda guadalajara. there are always 100%

****! Walk in restaurant literally has 5 to 6 people at the bar and 4 tables with people eating. They won't even seat us and say there is a 20 minute hold. Your place is crappy and looks dirty anyway. You deserve a zero star.
