Ordered a late lunch around 3pm. Went to pick up my order. I stood at the front for 10 minutes. I watched 4 different employees stare at me and/or walk by me. T... read more Ordered a late lunch around 3pm. Went to pick up my order. I stood at the front for 10 minutes. I watched 4 different employees stare at me and/or walk by me. The place was NOT busy. I could only see 4 or so tables with people. Not once was I greeted. Idecided to call the manager and complain. The manager listened to what I had to say and simply stated im sorry to hear that .No offer to make it right or apologize for the lack of customer service. And this was the manager. I am appalled. I canunderstand customer service being affected when during a rush and busy but NOT when there are only 4-5 tables. That 's just lazyand passing the buck. Got fajitas from Hacienda Guadalajara instead. There service is always 100%.

Moreover, the Santa Fe Crispy salad I ordered didn't resemble the photo that was shown. I think the restaurant should look into new management and work on enhancing their culinary skills.
