Contribute FeedbackA local gem with a cute name, this Italian eatery offers mixed reviews. While some patrons find the food mediocre and uncomfortable seating, others praise the well-cooked dishes and value for money. From lacking service to outstanding desserts, customers share their experiences at this conveniently located spot. The menu offers a variety of Greek and Italian dishes, with highlights like shrimp and scallops in linguine pasta. Despite some imperfections in the service, this cozy restaurant is a great spot for family gatherings in a quiet setting. Authentic Italian food, vast menu options, and friendly service make it a local favorite worth a visit.
A neighborhood gem! There are only a handful of tables at this low key Italian and Greek restaurant. We shared a large Manoli pizza and large super salad. Both were fabulous. The super salad had fresh romaine, carrots, cabbage, sliced tomatoes, onions (somewhat treated but I'd skip next time, and the star, the homemade mozzarella with a zingy Italian dressing. It was refreshing and addictive. I could eat this nonstop. The Manoli pizza had a large amount of toppings: Tomato sauce, mozzarella, meatballs, pepperoni, sausage, ham, onions, red peppers, mushrooms, Kalamata olives, and basil. None of the ingredients was overly salty and it ended up quite balanced and tasty. Perfect chew and crunch to the pizza. It was great. For dessert, my family had a tartufo which had chocolate, pistachio, and strawberry ice cream surrounded by a chocolate shell. They loved it. Service is friendly. There are plenty of pre prepared meals in freezers, perfect for a home meal. Thanks Yelpers for helping us find yet another spot!
I ordered a Meat Lasagna and an order of 3 meatballs to go. When I tried it at home, there was no meat, but instead eggplant, which I dislike. I called and spoke to someone who insisted it was a meat lasagna. He said that's the only one they have. There may have been a meat flavor in the sauce, but they should either make a meat lasagna or advertise it as an eggplant lasagna. My friend also tried it and agreed that even the eggplant was average. Lastly, the 3 meatballs were the size of golf balls and had a very average flavor. I support local restaurants, but not at the expense of having good food. While I appreciate restaurateurs in general, I will not be supporting this one again.
The parking in back is plentiful so that is a plus. The food here is well made but at least for the dishes I had, not spectacular. There was nothing wrong with the food it just was average in my opinion. The big dinner salad with fresh mozzarella was served with a yuzu vinaigrette like dressing, which was pretty good. We also had a chicken kabob and the spaghetti and meatballs. They were well cooked but I would not consider that enough for 4 stars. Wait staff did a satisfactory job. I am sure it is a fine local restaurant but not worth a special trip in my opinion.
Wonderful restaurant. They treated us like family. Went for Mother's Day with party of 10. Table was ready when we got in. Food portions were very large and delicious. First time here, we will be back!
It's always the quiet ones that blow you away the most! Like most people, I've passed right by this unassuming place for years without giving it a second thought. Tonight though, I decided to give it a try. Probably some of the best Italian cuisine in the entire region! I ordered a salad with homemade Italian dressing, an antipasti plate, and the Shrimp Mushroom Piccata. Everything was divine! The dressing was vibrant and bursting with flavor! The house-made mozzarella was great, and my main was superb. Looks like they do a mean to-go and frozen food business as well. Def an underrated spot for sure!
