My friend raved about how good the chicken wings are at Gilligan's. I love a good wing and look forward to Wednesday evening. The problem is we sat and waited for a server for well over twenty minutes. We asked for a server, and no one came. Major failure on that end. The wings when we finally served were five-star good. Not what it used to be. The tap beer is raunchy. It is not properly chilled and tastes soapy and flat. I do not think the taps have been properly maintained since the current owners purchased the place. The bottled and canned beer it not properly chilled either.
