Food is typical of chinese Food in Chester bit I have NEVER had to wait 50 minutes gor pick up orders and it sucks since the price is not economical! I left Top 's China because of horrible service, I guess I 'm back to homemade Chinese food! View all feedback. What L C likes about Triple Eight 2:
During my visit to Chester, I decided to stop by this restaurant. The lo mein and egg rolls were delicious, so much so that I asked my mom to pick up an order for me before she came to visit. The prices were reasonable and the service was polite. View all feedback.
