Food is typical of chinese Food in Chester bit I have NEVER had to wait 50 minutes gor pick up orders and it sucks since the price is not economical! I left Top 's China because of horrible service, I guess I 'm back to homemade Chinese food! View all feedback.

They are close, fast, and their food is good and freshly made.
During my visit to Chester, I decided to stop by this restaurant. The lo mein and egg rolls were delicious, so much so that I asked my mom to pick up an order for me before she came to visit. The prices were reasonable and the service was polite.
The restaurant has excellent customer service, serves delicious food, and all dishes are always freshly made.
The food at this restaurant is incredible and the staff is very kind. The service is also fast and I always enjoy coming here. Kid-friendly: They are so nice to my child.
