Panera Bread - Chester

All the food and drinks of panera are good. at least the one I had. I love her broccoli cheddar suppe. I ordered doordash and the bread bowl with the suppe. it didn't seem like a lot of suppe, so I'm glad I had a bowl instead of the cup. the broth bowl is big enough to use or use again to instead (what I did). it's good brot and they were out of baguettes (I took chips instead, but they don't get to get the chips on doordash). I want to eat more bread with butter later. it was also not so much more (I think like 30 cent I'm not sure if it's less suppe though. all sandwiches I had are good. Today I had the half of the chipotle chicken avocado melt. really good, but next time I would ask for more greens on it and maybe a sauce/more sose. I ordered the tomato basil cucumber salad as the side. it was good and will be a good snack later. I also have the peach and blueberry smoothie with mandelmilch. really refreshing. doordash is about a dollar more per item, fyi. it was almost $30 and enough eating for a meal and a few snacks. it helped me to feel better my sick and I feel pretty healthy after eating myself with all the bread.

Online ordering was easy. Meal took a while I only ordered the soup sandwich combo (30 mins vs the quoted .14). Order was accurate and fresh. Staff was pleasant the interior clean. Parking can be a bit hectic. Pick up process was simple. I'll definitely return when I'm on this side of town.

Disappointed, as I usually order a pick 2, I had the chopped BBQ Chicken sandwich and broccoli cheese soup for dine in order. It was very sad to see that I only had an extremely small about of chipped chicken on my bread, and the BBQ sauce appeared to be more in the side of the sandwich then in the sandwich. Super sad that this order is usually plentiful, but now I’ll have to go somewhere else and get more to eat. I would have complained but the kitchen staff didn’t even seem to care when I asked about the portion size, as the kid just walked off when I asked him a question. It was definitely not worth the hassle, and I didn’t want to cause a scene. Also the soup bowl was only about 1/2 full, seemed a little bit like less then normal.

Staff is so welcoming, kind and attentive. Nanna and the rest of the people on her shift were absolute sweethearts. Yummy Panera is always welcome in the middle of a long roadtrip… worth stopping by and relaxing. Coffee and menu on point at this location!

The place was clean and food was fresh. However, we were a little confused on where to order from until my daughter found a tablet that we could order from. There was no line, and we received our orders in a timely manner.
