I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. I ordered a 2-piece chicken meal with an extra wing, but instead of receiving a breast and wing, I got two wings instead. It seems like their staff needs better training in identifying chicken parts. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Kfc:
We went through the drive-thru and ordered a 3-piece combo and a 4-piece combo, requesting that they be made fresh for us to eat at home. Unfortunately, the food was dry and tasted old, and the coleslaw was also dry. This confirmed my decision to stop eating here years ago. It was disappointing and unpleasant. View all feedback.
I'm sorry to say, but kfc has dramatically dropped her value and quality, my first work in the usa was kfc back in 96 and his just not the same. I am the kind of person who like to give people or places the use of the doubt, but at the same time is the third time of the strike. for example, a few days ago I went and my family to this place and that was terrible. ordered some Mac-N cheese and it tasted like it was very cold in the refrigerator, the koleslaw had a funky smell as it was old. even the quality of the recipes has broken down.
Ordered online it said my order would be done at 5:30.. i get there and spend another 30 mins waiting for my order.... get home chicken was old and hard as a rock... i ordered fries they gave me cold slaw... i go back and they tell me since i ordered online they can remake it or i can call a number for a refund.. so i let them remake it... get home the chicken is soo greasy and soggy and the fries are cold... wont ever go here again
The food was great and the young lady working the drive-thru was very nice and friendly. In my experience, this location is always great.
I’ve always went to kfc as a kid, but now I know why hardly anyone goes there. Not sure if dine in is open anymore, but they do have order online and pickup in store. You literally just walk in and grab your order. The staff doesn’t speak or acknowledge you so anyone could walk in and just grab an order as they please and the staff wouldn’t even know if it’s their food or not. One of my orders were wrong so they remade my order right in front of me, even though it was handled with care, you could clearly see the stations were dirty. I’ve been a kitchen manager and those stations were not up to par. You could see the food build up in the stations. I’m surprised I didn’t get sick. But hey! I paid for my order online, was super hungry, and I wasn’t going to put myself through the hassle of a refund.
Went through the drive thru at 7:15 and they were out of chicken. They do close at 8pm, but 45 minutes is plenty of time to drop a round of chicken in the fryer. They did not offer. I saw 5 cars leave the drive thru. Opportunities for sales are turned away, and we most likely will never return, due to that issue. Lost a customer (or many more customers) for life, sadly.
